Detaily příběhu

Long ago, Crocodile had smooth, shiny skin—slick like wet banana peel.

He loved to stay clean. He bathed every hour.

“SPLASH!” in the river. “SPLASH!” in the swamp. “SPLASH!” in the puddle.

“Croc, why so many baths?” asked Hippo.

“To keep my back perfect,” said Crocodile. “Smooth as butter!”

He even wore a mirror on his tail—just to check for dirt.

But one dry season, the rivers shrank. The puddles dried. The mud cracked.

“NOOO!” cried Crocodile. “Where is my water?!”

He stomped. He sniffled. He tried wiping his back with grass.

Too scratchy. Too dry. Too wrinkly.

Then he saw Elephant taking a mud bath.

“Move over!” Crocodile dove in. SPLAT.

He rolled. He rubbed. He flopped and flipped.

He rolled left. He rolled right. He rolled upside down!

“Careful!” shouted Monkey. “That’s not water—it’s sticky black clay!”

But Crocodile didn’t stop. “I’m CLEANING!”

By the time he crawled out, bumps covered his back—hard, lumpy, bumpy patches.

He gasped. “What happened to me?!”

“You baked the mud,” said Owl. “Into armor!”

Crocodile blinked. “Bumpy is... beautiful?”

And from that day on, Crocodile kept his bumps—and rolled with style.

(But remember—this story is just for fun. Real bumps come with time!)
